About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sales, your role as Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing the national commercial strategy for the Electrolux Home Products (EHP) commercial business across the Southern region. This will be achieved by implementing and executing a robust and innovative strategy to tap into potential growth markets whilst maintaining responsibility for a designated territory. You will enable the achievement of financial targets in the Project Home, Medium and High Density markets.

What You’ll Do

Your activities will be centered on ensuring we grow the EHP commercial business sales and profitability across the VIC/TAS/WA/SA/NT region while calling on key partners and accounts in your own territory.

You will be responsible for your own territory as well as being responsible for the team members and their regions.

You will engage with key stakeholders, including major suppliers, key customers, industry associations and government representatives, building solid relationships in order to achieve the objectives of the division. Also, you will provide input into sales methods, key customer strategies and arrangements by recommending prices and credit arrangements which are appropriate to each state or region.

You will excel in leading your team and territory in;

  • Managing the achievement of state/s financial budget.

  • Coach and mentor your team members to develop their skills and optimize performance and efficiency.

  • Educating external stake holders in EHP’s products and offering’s both in their and EHP’s showrooms to ensure product knowledge is delivered best in class.

Who You Are

  • You have a demonstrated track record of success in Business Development and Account Management with the Commercial sectors

  • Strong people leadership skills as you will manage a team remotely in VIC, SA & WA

  • Experience selling to customer groups such as Architects, Builders, Property Developers, Specifiers and Merchants

  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of driving growth and profitability

  • Resilient with the ability to adapt to changing environment
