We are thrilled to go to market for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers across the South West UK.  You’ll be responsible for delivering regional sales performance, developing talent, and driving sustainable growth across the full Diversey cleaning chemical portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing coaching and development with active customer engagement, ensuring your team succeeds through clear direction, strong relationships and commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to deliver regional sales targets
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key and strategic customers across the region
  • Drive growth across the entire Diversey cleaning chemical portfolio through cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Support your team in identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities
  • Increase revenue and account penetration by aligning customer needs with Diversey solutions
  • Raise the profile of Diversey through consultative, insight-led selling
  • Lead customer strategy, review and planning meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Translate regional and customer insights into clear commercial plans and execution priorities

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, account management or relationship-led sales
  • Demonstrated experience managing, developing and motivating sales teams, leading from the front with a nurturing, coaching-led approach
  • Strong track record of building senior-level customer relationships and driving team performance
  • Commercial mindset with experience growing revenue across complex accounts or regions
  • Ability to connect customer needs to product and service strategies
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable in a field-based regional role with regular travel across the South West
  • Full UK driving license
