The Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) – DACH, CEE and France region will drive the growth of Precise Automation’s collaborative robotics business across Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab Automation/Integrators.

A core principle of this role is to focus on automation fit, not industry labels. High‑value opportunities typically involve repetitive plate or sample handling, instrument tending, enclosed automation, high‑throughput workflows, or OEM/integrator projects where a single design win can scale into multiple robot deployments.

The Regional Sales Manager will execute the commercial strategy across DACH, CEE and France Region - managing key accounts, developing new business, and supporting channel partners. Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA, they will ensure alignment on priorities, customer engagement, and market development. This role is critical in expanding Precise Automation’s footprint across these regions by driving revenue, strengthening relationships, and uncovering new opportunities for Precise Cobots.

As a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Precise Collaborative Robot Group (PCR), you will operate in one of the fastest‑growing segments of robotics - collaborative automation. You will act as a consultative partner to OEMs, integrators, and end‑users, helping them identify automation opportunities and adopt Precise Cobots into their workflows.

This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial sales professional who can independently manage a territory, build strong customer relationships, and support strategic initiatives defined by the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA.

What you will do.

  • Execute the assigned region (DACH, CEE and France Region) sales strategy in alignment with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA.

  • Manage and grow assigned OEM and integrator accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities within Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab Automation/Integrators.

  • Support and collaborate with system integration partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and materials needed to succeed.

  • Create sales and marketing collateral to support integrators and OEM customers.

  • Represent Precise Automation at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events across the DACH, CEE and France Region region.

  • Provide market feedback to internal teams including R&D, Operations, and Product Management.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and territory performance.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives led by the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA to drive regional growth.

  • Contribute to forecasting, planning, and strategic discussions as part of the broader EMEA commercial team.

What you will bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or related field (advanced degree a plus).

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation, robotics, lab equipment, or high‑technology markets.

  • Proven track record of territory management, account development, and revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of laboratory automation; familiarity with Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotec and Lab Automation/Integrators.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from C‑suite executives to engineering teams.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA.

  • Ability to travel frequently across region (40%+).

  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages highly desirable.
