  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Develop trusted relationships with enterprise customers, executives, and channel partners.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities across technical and business buyers.

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and winning new business.
  • Experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms into enterprise organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality who enjoys building new business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-velocity startup environment.
Nice to have
  • Experience selling AI, SecOps, SOAR, SIEM, XDR, or security operations platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers across the UK market.
  • Experience partnering with MSSPs, channel partners, or strategic alliances.
