Role Description

As Regional Sales & Education Manager, you will be working closely with the Commercial Director - EMEA to support sales and education across our key accounts. You will be responsible for achieving regional KPIs such as sales targets, education, and training strategies, all whilst managing & nurturing your team to become results drives and the best in the business.

As a leader in the business, you will be assertive and confident but approachable. You will be able to show evidence of strong planning and organisational skills, as well as good personnel management with strong forward planning and implantation of new processes. Leading by example at all times with a hands on & positive can-do attitude is a must.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training programme for the region.
  • Prioritising in store performance issues to make certain that those most directly impacting sales are addressed first.
  • Coaching and developing each team member to help inspire the success of the regions.
  • Analysing regional market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth.
  • Suggesting new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and sales.  
  • Managing all training & education needs across the region.
  • Managing and executing all training & educational needs for the team.
  • Supporting the business with organising and executing national trainings & events.
  • Suggesting and implementing new training & education needs as necessary for the business.
  • Responsible for correct Merchandising across the region and managing all new updates to ensure guidelines meet Pixi expectations.
  • Working closely with Marketing / Events team to maximise growth opportunities within our retailers.
  • Presenting forecasted sales targets for the team and individual stores along with action plans on how to achieve.
  • Building strong relationships with all Pixi team members as well as in-store teams at all levels across our retail partners.
  • Working closely with Commercial Director – EMEA to ensure our retailers and Pixi team have all the tools needed to operate successfully. 
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
  • Acting as a great Pixi brand ambassador and always leading by example.
  • Supporting the overall business where & when required.
