Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, the Regional Sales Director - Territory Development Manager & CAM SMB holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about Video Security & Access Control. Driving the Channel Accounts , the Regional Sales Director will act as a primary contact for dedicated video solutions selling initiatives with all channel partners in the assigned territory. Proactively manages their relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies in order to continuously seek new customers, grow their business and loyalty and achieve the territory's revenue goals.
This role will be responsible for leading the regional sales team covering Italy & Malta.
This role will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
Develop long term relationships with partners, educate them on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity.
Assist the assigned channel partners to process orders and returns
Collaborating with the channel development team to ensure they have received the appropriate training to advance business development and growth objectives.
Responsible for the team revenue generation, account penetration within assigned Territories
Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives for all territories within the Region in coordination with the Senior Sales Director and Vice President of Sales - EMEA
Collaborate with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Channel Sales Managers Corporate & Enterprise, Business Development Managers, Distribution, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering
Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
7+ years of video security solutions sales experience, especially in managing and developing the Channel Accounts. Experience in managing transactional business is key.
Physical security solutions experience is an asset
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills in both written and spoken English. An additional language is a plus
Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions
Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required
Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting
Exceptional presentation skills required
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level
Candidates must reside in Italy. Approximately 50-75% of regional travel is required. The majority of travel within Italy will be by car, but some national & international air travel can be expected for tradeshows and sales conferences.
