The Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Receivables Product Manager is a role under APAC Payments. You are responsible for ensuring global strategic initiatives from Payments are seamlessly executed in the region and also ensuring that local priorities, demand and market dynamics are catered for and incorporated in the global plan. Key examples of Regional Receivables initiatives include Integrated Receivables Solution, Receivables Online, development of the Alternative Methods of Collection Payments aggregator model, Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment, and partnership with select fintechs among others.
As a Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Receivables Product Manager in the APAC Regional Receivables Team, you will be responsible to ensure local, regional and global strategic initiatives from Payments are seamlessly executed in the region and also ensuring the regional priorities, demand and market dynamics are catered for and incorporated in the global plan.

Job Responsibilities
- Business and Market Requirements Owner: Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global levels from end-to-end perspective
- Market Management - Drive commercialization, client acquisition, partnering with Sales & Product Sales Solutions in understanding and fulfilling client requirements
- Business Architecture - Define the end to end business flows related to delivery of Treasury Services Receivables Services. Working with Functional Partners to agree on operational, service delivery and systems architecture that support Receivables flows with global alignment
- Requirements Definition - Analyze detailed end-to-end business requirements associated with delivery of Treasury Services Payment Services. Working with Product Managers and other Functional Partners to consolidate requirements and to author detailed statements of requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as product manager and/or analyzing and documenting Business Requirements
- Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation
- Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for details. Oral and written communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and Skills
- Receivables and Payment product management experience preferred
- May require to travel
