Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Regional Outbound Marketing Manager – EMEA to join our Global Outbound Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director, Outbound Marketing, you will serve as the regional engine driving field presence, brand awareness, and demand generation across EMEA.

In this role, your major will be owning the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact corporate events, major industry trade shows, and partner co-marketing events. Additionally, you will focus on executing regional outbound marketing activations, partnering closely with local sales teams on lead follow-up, and collaborating with our Global Outbound Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) to localize global campaigns for maximum regional impact.

If you are a master event strategist, an operational executor, and a pipeline builder who thrives on aligning sales and marketing to drive revenue, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

EMEA Events Management & Execution

  • Event Strategy & Portfolio Management: Design, execute, and scale an EMEA event strategy aligned with regional revenue goals and the broader Global Outbound strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Trade Shows & Industry Conferences: Lead end-to-end execution for major regional trade shows (booth design, messaging, logistics, staff training, speaking slots, pre/post-event promotions, and vendor management).

  • Corporate & Proprietary Events: Plan and host executive dinners, roadshows, roundtables, and customer/prospect workshops across key EMEA markets.

  • Partner Co-Marketing Events: Collaborate with strategic regional partners to co-fund, co-host, and execute joint events that drive shared ecosystem growth.

  • Budget & Logistics Operations: Manage the EMEA events budget, vendor negotiations, procurement, agency relationships, and venue contracts to maximize ROI.

Regional Outbound Marketing & Localization

  • Global COE Collaboration: Work closely with the Director, Outbound Marketing and the Global Outbound COE team to adapt, translate, and localize global integrated campaigns for EMEA nuance and market readiness.

  • Outbound Program Activation: Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, digital, direct mail, account-based marketing) designed to complement field event efforts.

  • Sales Alignment & Lead Management: Work hand-in-hand with local EMEA sales reps and SDRs to ensure timely lead follow-up, provide outreach enablement kits, and track lead conversion pathways.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of B2B field marketing and event management experience within the technology, SaaS, or corporate sector across the EMEA region.

  • Event Expertise: Proven track record running end-to-end event portfolios, including large-scale trade show booths, executive dinners, partner co-marketing events, and localized outbound campaigns.

  • Measurement & Analytics: Proven ability to track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, including event CPL, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and total sourced/influenced pipeline value using CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent).

  • Sales & Global Partnership: Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership while maintaining tight operational alignment with global marketing leaders.

  • Communication & Languages: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a major plus.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel across EMEA (~25–35% travel depending on the event calendar).
