Client and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a senior technical and operational point of contact for clients within the region.
  • Understand client technical requirements and ensure they are incorporated into project delivery.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication on progress, risks, and technical matters.
  • Manage client expectations and contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Support the resolution of client issues and escalation of major concerns.

  • Promote a strong safety culture across all sites.
  • Ensure that risks are assessed and controlled before and during all site activities.
