Your Role:

As the Regional Operations Leader, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution in installation, service, and parts within the EMEA region. Collaborating with regional and global teams, you will ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to our high standards. Your focus will be on overseeing project phases from sales handoff to ongoing service support in the rapidly evolving data center sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Lead the installation, service, and parts projects for your assigned region.

  • Foster collaboration among regional teams and global support functions.

  • Implement project management best practices to ensure adherence to standards and templates.

  • Manage transitions between sales, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement:

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing updates on project progress.

  • Address and resolve customer escalations promptly.

  • Drive accountability within your team to meet commitments made during business reviews.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution including delivery, service, and parts management.

  • Collaborate with the Global Center of Excellence to leverage engineering and standardization.

  • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and maintain competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing data center installations or similar projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Financial oversight skills, including managing project budgets and contract negotiations.

Performance Metrics:

Manage significant revenue and margin targets, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across projects.
