Overview:  

The successful candidate will develop and execute regional marketing plans that contribute to company growth through driving pipeline and accelerating sales opportunities across the  United Kingdom & Ireland. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, cross-functional collaboration, build relationships and alignment with key Sales stakeholders and Partners, and drive programs and events to support regional priorities. This role requires both strategic thinking to adapt global strategies for local markets and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results. We are a globally integrated marketing team, tightly aligned with Sales and Partners, looking for a team player who can deliver measurable business impact while leveraging the latest tools, data, and technology.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Drive plan and execution of comprehensive Marketing strategy that reflects both global priorities and regional business needs. 

  • Evaluate global campaigns for regional market fit and make strategic decisions on localization, adaptation, or development of region-specific alternatives. 

  • Build strategic relationships with Sales representatives, working closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities, define key target accounts 

  • Serve as marketing advisor to regional sales teams on campaign strategy, lead qualification, and account prioritization to optimize conversion rates. 

  • Ensure regional sales team compliance with lead follow-up processes and proper conversion steps for marketing-generated meetings and opportunities. 

  • Understand and know the health of your region’s universe, and work with Marketing Operations to keep data up to date.  

  • Understand regional customer behaviours, pain points, and competitive dynamics that inform campaign adaptation and to modify ICPs by your region 

  • Plan and implement ongoing webinars that drive engagement with end customers.  

  • Plan and execute in-person live field events that align to demand generation-based approach. Provide on-site management as needed.  

  • Develop region-specific marketing activities/content when global campaigns don't address local market needs or cultural business practices. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with broader Demand Generation and Digital team, BDRs, Product/ Solutions Marketing, Sales, to drive pipeline via ABM strategies.  

  • Manage and optimize your region’s field budgets, including budgeting, allocation, and tracking expenses to ensure maximum ROI on investments and alignment with business objectives.  

Requirements:  

  • 5+ years Regional Marketing/ Field Marketing experience with demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution 

  • Direct experience working in B2B SaaS or technology space 

  • Experience working directly with Sales and Field teams as a strategic partner and advisor 

  • Prior experience in Communications industry preferred 

  • Experience adapting global marketing strategies for local/regional markets 

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other Marketing tools (including 6Sense, Asana, Tableau)  

  • Exceptional project management skills 

  • Strong project/ program management, attention to detail, time management, prioritization and organizational skills  

  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with strong attention to detail in execution 

  • Knowledge of lead flow and progression.  

  • Ability to work collaboratively across several Marketing functions 

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and campaign effectiveness for strategic decision-making 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience 

  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time 

  • Hybrid working model, based in London.  Exact time in office agreed with Sales Leadership locally.  

  • Language: English fluent
