As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and executing the EMEA marketing strategy, mostly in the UK, Nordics, Germany, and Eastern Europe, supporting local market penetration and new business development. Managing an Event Coordinator, coordinating agencies and freelancers, and working closely with content, nurturing, digital, and local sales and pre-sales teams, you will plan, develop, execute, measure, and optimize lead generation campaigns & events. You’ll also support large account approaches through targeted tactics.
This position reports to the EMEA Marketing Manager – Core Markets.
It’s a 100% remote working position, based in EMEA, preferably in France or the UK.
You have at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in managing marketing activities in IT/software companies, strong leadership skills, and are ultra-dynamic and creative. Responsibilities:
 
  • Define and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA marketing goals and local sales objectives
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by account segments, verticals, and personae on multiple channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.)
  • Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars, and Centric events
  • Support large account conversion by developing targeted programs
  • Develop supporting campaign assets and collateral with the support of the content manager and copywriters
  • Analyze campaign results (Tableau, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Conduct market, database, and competition analysis
  • Explore data and define segmentation
  • Manage one Event Manager based in the UK
  • Coordinate freelancers and external agencies
  • Manage budget & accounting
     

Requirements:
 
  • 5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing; IT/software environment is a plus
  • Business school degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • Strong understanding of inbound and marketing automation practices (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Autonomous and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fun and strong team spirit
  • Languages: English (native or fluent); German is a plus
