The Challenge

The Regional Manager, Physical Security for EMEA/APAC Global Security Operations supports the Take-Two Global Physical Security team by managing operations across four global security pillars to support all employees across all labels. The four security operations pillars supported by this role are Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Incident Management, Event Security, and Protective Services. The role performs efficient execution of more than a dozen security programs, as well as the development and adoption of new programs, security guidelines and procedures. This position plays a vital role in implementing best practices, maintaining operational readiness, and enhancing overall security effectiveness for the enterprise.

 

What You’ll Take On

Global Security Operations Center (GSOC):

  • Support the integration and implementation of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems into the GSOC.
  • Develop and help remotely manage a diverse GSOC team across multiple international locations, ensuring sufficient staffing and training.
  • Manage stakeholder needs and communication, overseeing GSOC objectives and results.
  • Monitor and measure GSOC activities to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide first-line support for GSOC systems, processes, and personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Assist in training GSOC staff on emerging technologies and procedures.
  • Analyze, develop, and strengthen GSOC processes and procedures, empowering the team to effectively manage incidents and escalations.
  • Drive software improvements and troubleshooting for GSOC platforms and technology, by working with vendors to remediate issues and promote optimization.

Event Security Management:

  • Oversee the Event Security operations in EMEA/APAC region, including event intake, risk assessment, recommendations and stakeholder coordination.
  • Oversee event security consultation, planning and execution.
  • Build capacity in cross-functional teams including marketing, event planning, and workplace teams to help manage event security.

Incident Management:

  • Help manage emergency preparedness programs, including the delivery of site emergency response plans and training sessions.
  • Coordinate actual incident responses.
  • Maintain incident tracking systems, ensuring all cases are documented and resolved efficiently.
  • Develop and conduct regular training for stakeholders to ensure preparedness for various emergency situations.
  • Partner with the Environmental Health & Safety team to ensure timely recruitment of Emergency Response Teams and scheduling of trainings.

Protective Services Support:

  • Coordinate protective services including planning security measures and executive protection for corporate sites, events, travel, and employees.
  • Provide security guidance to employees based on situation and risks posed.
  • Support vendor management processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and quality assurance.
  • Help develop and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for guard force and other protection services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and metrics for program effectiveness.
  • Help develop a quality assurance program to establish, measure, and maintain a standard level of guarding service.

General Security Support:

  • Conduct risk assessments for corporate sites and events, recommending actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, updating policies, and maintaining communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth execution of security initiatives.

 

What You Bring 
  • 7+ years of experience in physical security, incident management, or global security operations.
  • Proficiency in using security technology systems and software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellence in vendor management and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with crisis response and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.

Great to Have

  • Experience in global security operations.
  • Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and tools.
