Job DescriptionWe're hiring for a Regional Lead for London to provide senior operational leadership across our practices in the region. In this role, you'll lead our Practice Managers to deliver outstanding patient care, commercial performance, colleague engagement and regulatory compliance.
The position combines operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring regional priorities are delivered consistently whilst recognising the commercial and competitive landscape within London.
Your key responsibilities will include business performance, leadership and people development, commercial and market leadership, regulatory and governance leadership, stakeholder management and driving operational excellence.

- EBITDA
- Revenue growth
- KPI performance
- Patient growth and retention
- Colleague engagement
- Compliance and regulatory performance
- Clinical governance outcomes
- Net Promoter Score
- Leadership capability and succession strength
- Successful delivery of country business plans

- Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams

- Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert insight into action
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

This Regional Lead role is field-based, with regular travel to practices across Central and Greater London.
