We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Services Director, with strong ER/LR knowledge to join our team. This new role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-performing, integrated HR services that drive business value.

The role can be based anywhere within EMEA (near PPG Headquarters).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Align regional HR strategies with global objectives.
  • People and Organization Leadership: Establish clear goals, ensure team alignment, provide coaching and development, and manage resources and talent effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with regional and global leaders and ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee efficient service delivery and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance indicators to measure HR service effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 8-15 years of regional HR experience, with 5 years working with senior leaders.
  • Broad HR experience at a multi-country level as an HRBP and in HR Services, working for global companies with a multi Business Units setup and different employee populations (manufacturing, sales, Research & Development, retail, other).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated people, organization, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong ER/LR experience is a must.
  • Lean Six Sigma type background preferred.
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking, decision-making, and continuous improvement and service excellence.
