Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controller to lead financial operations across the region, supporting both day-to-day performance and strategic decision-making.

You will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring strong governance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly close, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/GAAP, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage audits and act as key point of contact for external stakeholders
  • Oversee regional reporting and ensure consistency across entities
  • Support cashflow, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Lead and support finance teams across multiple locations

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in financial control and multi-entity environments
  • Background in international / cross-border settings
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • ERP experience (Dynamics preferred) + advanced Excel
