The Role
As a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading recruitment, enablement, and execution across our Enterprise Sales team in one of our most strategic growth regions. At ThoughtSpot, we are committed to developing and advancing world-class GTM talent as we build an industry-leading sales organization. In this role, you will lead from the front—driving pipeline, coaching complex deal execution, building a high-performing team, and embedding modern, AI-powered selling practices across the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop an in-depth and detailed understanding of ThoughtSpot products to confidently mentor and coach your Sales team

  • Enable, develop, and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build high-quality enterprise sales pipeline across the EMEA region

  • Coach your team to navigate complex sales processes, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and enterprise organizations to close new business

  • Deliver and reinforce our sales methodologies and frameworks to build a strong foundation for success within the region

  • Recruit Enterprise Account Executives who will support the continued growth of the EMEA business

  • Onboard and ramp new Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate productivity and long-term success

  • Build a strong ecosystem across the region with customers, partners, and technology alliances to scale the GTM engine

  • Maintain and run a disciplined weekly forecast cadence with accuracy and operational rigor

  • Be a champion of our cultural values and help drive change across the business

  • Enable your team to leverage generative AI and advanced automation to personalize customer engagements at scale, using real-time data to dynamically tailor messaging, demos, and proposals

  • Foster a consultative sales process by guiding your team in collaborating with customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem

  • Lead ongoing experimentation with emerging tools such as conversational AI, autonomous agents, predictive analytics, and AI-powered deal coaching, while sharing best practices across the organization

  • Empower your team to harness AI-driven insights to craft highly personalized messaging that resonates with each prospect’s unique business challenges, industry context, and decision-making priorities

  • Guide your team in utilizing advanced AI tools to analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes, enabling the rapid development of differentiated value propositions tailored for each account

What You Bring:

  • Experience building and scaling an enterprise software sales team through recruiting and hiring high-performing Account Executives

  • Experience leading a highly successful direct enterprise software sales team, ideally across EMEA markets

  • Experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams, ideally with MEDDICC or a comparable sales methodology

  • Experience leading complex, multi-country enterprise sales motions with an understanding of regional market dynamics, buyer diversity, and partner ecosystems across EMEA

  • Experience partnering with AI/ML product teams or participating in early-access or beta programs for new AI technologies

  • A track record of driving measurable results through the creative application of AI and automation in enterprise sales

  • Strong adaptability and the ability to lead through change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Demonstrated history of overachievement against sales targets and regional goals

  • A strong focus on coaching, talent development, and driving ACV growth through strategic deal execution

Spotters are expected to demonstrate AI literacy and workflow integration to include to ability to:

  • Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflow to increase productivity and quality.

  • Hands-on experience to leverage AI tools (industry-leading LLMs) to increase productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality.

  • Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions.

  • Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools.

Spotters are expected to exemplify these key traits and AI Mindset:

  • Curiosity in exploring new AI tools

  • Adaptability to quickly learn and implement new, emerging AI technologies

  • Critical thinking to know when to identify when AI should be used versus when human judgement is necessary

Hybrid Work at ThoughtSpot

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in UK - London.

Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
