About Pacaso

Pacaso exists to enrich lives by making second home ownership possible and enjoyable for more people. We've reimagined the second home category — pairing a thoughtfully designed co-ownership model with simplified financials, equitable scheduling, and dedicated local property management, so owners get the joy of a true second home without the hassle.

Since launch, Pacaso has facilitated more than $1.2 billion in gross real estate transactions and service fees across 40+ destinations in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe — including Aspen, Lake Tahoe, Napa, Malibu, Palm Springs, Cabo, Paris, London, and most recently Florence, Milan, and Rome. We've raised over $300 million in cumulative equity funding, closed the largest real estate Regulation A+ offering of 2025, and reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO as we build toward a public listing.

Our work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Forbes, CNBC, Bloomberg, and others.

About the Role

The Pacaso Sales Team delivers a world-class experience, introducing our innovative co-ownership model to high-net-worth prospective buyers within the UK and European markets.

In this role, you will be the face of Pacaso in London, driving revenue by converting prospective buyers into owners. You will bring deep market insight and a consultative approach to showcase the value of the Pacaso model. As a Regional Director, you will manage the "middle-to-bottom" funnel, taking qualified leads from our Regional Manager team and navigating them through tours, negotiations, and closing.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-growing PropTech leader as we scale our presence across London and key second-home destinations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales process for US and international prospective buyers to convert them into Pacaso owners.
  • Property Showings: Conduct approximately 24 tours per month (mix of virtual and on-site) across the London portfolio and relevant second-home markets.
  • Market Mastery: Maintain an expert-level understanding of the London property market, including local regulations, Stamp Duty implications, and luxury inventory.
  • Strategic Feedback: Provide real-time insights to the Acquisitions and Marketing teams regarding UK market dynamics, buyer sentiment, and demand trends.
  • Pipeline Management: Rigorously manage a bottom-funnel pipeline, ensuring high CRM data hygiene and accurate weekly forecasting for the UK region.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales Principals and regional leadership to optimize the buyer journey and ensure a seamless hand-off from BDRs.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a cultural carrier for Pacaso, maintaining a customer-centric approach that reflects the premium nature of the brand.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel (approx. 25%) for team collaboration, market expansion, and site visits across the UK and Europe.
Who You Are
  • Experience: 5+ years of high-performance sales experience, ideally within Prime Central London (PCL) real estate, luxury hospitality, or high-growth PropTech.
  • The "Closer" Mentality: A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-value environment.
  • Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the London property landscape and an understanding of the nuances of the UK buyer profile.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems; comfortable working in a remote-first, tech-forward environment with differing time zones
  • Communication: An exceptional communicator (written and verbal) capable of building trust with sophisticated, high-net-worth individuals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with a varied schedule, including weekends or evenings, to accommodate buyer availability and market needs.

Licensing: Familiarity with UK estate agency standards and regulations (NAEA Propertymark or similar qualifications preferred but not required).
