  • Collaborate with property HR teams to prepare budgets, manage HR operations, and support efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven experience across the EMEA and Americas regions, with strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local employment regulations across multiple EMEA and Americas countries.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to build trust and collaboration at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic HR initiatives while balancing operational excellence.
  • High degree of resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region to support properties and new openings.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
