The Regional Director, Client Success is responsible for leading Client Success teams, fostering executive-level relationships, and driving revenue growth across EMEA and APAC regions in financial services.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or fintech within the assigned region (EMEA & APAC).
- Proven experience leading Client Success, Account Management, or Customer-facing teams at scale.
- Demonstrated success driving renewals, expansion revenue, and executive-level client relationships.
- Experience working with large banks and complex, multi-stakeholder client environments.
- Experience driving change management and implementing new Client Success processes
- Ability to travel up 50% of time
- University degree or higher required
- Fluent in English
