Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Regional Business Portfolio Controller, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our physical store portfolio. You will provide financial and analytical expertise to support leasing, legal, and expansion teams, ensuring profitable growth and portfolio optimization. Your insights will help drive strategic decisions, from new store openings and optimizations to consolidations and renegotiations.

  • Ensure accuracy in budgeting, P&L methodology, and sales and profit forecasting.
  • Develop and support strategic plans for growth, consolidations, negotiations, and portfolio management.
  • Establish forecasting routines and maintain benchmark data for business case preparation.
  • Support sales market teams with analytical tools and collaborate with global Controlling to develop relevant solutions.
  • Analyse financial trends and performance deviations to optimize results.
  • Identify key success factors and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Implement controlling routines and analytical methods for Lease Managers and Sales Market Controllers.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to drive expansion and portfolio success. You’ll provide key financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making across the organization.

  • Regional Expansion Controlling Team for strategic alignment and financial planning.
  • Sales Market Leasing and Legal Teams to support leasing negotiations and portfolio management.
  • Senior Management, providing financial reporting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Global Controlling to co-create analytical tools and forecasting models.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Your ability to structure and visualize complex financial information allows you to influence key stakeholders and drive results.

We are looking for people with…

  • At least 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (VBA or similar skills are a plus).
  • Strong financial reporting experience, including presenting to senior management.
  • Solid knowledge of common accounting principles and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and strategic leadership skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly across teams.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
