We're looking for a driven and commercially savvy Regional Account Manager to join our UK Built Environment team. You'll own and grow relationships with key accounts across the new build and social housing sectors, working with housebuilders, housing associations, developers and local authorities to accelerate EV charging adoption at scale.
ResponsibilitiesAccount Management and Revenue Growth
- Own a portfolio of accounts across the UK built environment sector, including housebuilders, housing associations, and property developers.
- Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue, increase charger unit sales, and expand Ohme's footprint within each account.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signature and account handover.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Ohme's hardware, software, and service offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting in the CRM.
Relationship and Market Development
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders including procurement, sustainability, and estates teams.
- Represent Ohme at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings relevant to the built environment sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep Ohme's positioning sharp and relevant.
- Feed structured market insight back to the Sales Leadership and Product teams to support ongoing innovation.
Who You Are
- Commercially driven, with a proven ability to manage and grow complex accounts in a B2B environment.
- Strong relationship builder who can engage effectively with senior decision-makers across large organisations.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of your territory and proactively seeks out new opportunities.
- Clear communicator, able to explain technical solutions simply and compellingly to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Organised and data-driven, with strong CRM discipline and attention to pipeline accuracy.
- Passionate about sustainability, clean energy, or the transition to electric vehicles.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in a B2B account management or business development role, ideally within the built environment, construction, housing, or energy sectors.
- Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets across a regional patch.
- Experience managing long-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes (experience with Odoo, Salesforce or similar is a plus).
- Knowledge of the UK housebuilding or social housing landscape is highly desirable.
