Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a global Recruitment Business Partner team to achieve excellence.
Translate business growth plans into innovative talent strategies and workforce planning.
Drive recruitment strategies that align with people and culture priorities across all regions.
Oversee global talent mapping, labor market research, and competitive benchmarking.
Provide expert guidance to business leaders by closely monitoring and analyzing current hiring trends within the market. Deliver comprehensive and actionable talent intelligence that supports informed decision-making for workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Partner with Recruitment Experience team, providing strategic support and co-ordination to optimize candidate experience and hiring outcomes for high volume roles
Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, and Talent Attraction teams to design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and outreach strategies.
Ensure operational excellence and high-quality outcomes throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Solutions Leadership Team and the wider Novartis People and Organisation (Human Resources) community on continuous improvement of the Recruitment Solutions function
Essential Requirements
Proven extensive experience leading diverse recruitment teams in a global environment including demonstrated success working within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Expertise in developing and executing innovative talent strategies
Demonstrated success in senior stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Deep understanding of recruitment solutions, workforce planning models, and market intelligence
Empowering leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and team development
Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies
Desirable Requirements
Experience shaping recruitment strategy within life sciences research and development environments
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with artificial intelligence tools and analytics to enhance hiring outcomes
