Growe welcomes those who are excited to:Maintain job data accuracy to support reliable analytics and reporting (funnel/stage correctness, surveys, scorecards, salary expectations, candidate/location data);
Administer the Greenhouse ATS, support users, and ensure correct recruitment flow;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and custom recruitment reports;
Provide team leads with core hiring metrics (time to fill, time to hire, time on stage, hires);
Manage the referral program, including distribution of candidates and verification of referral hires and bonus eligibility;
Communicate with job boards, oversee posting balances, payments, team account setup, and coordinate recruitment-related publications (Telegram, LinkedIn, Slack) and track performance of posting channels;
Collaborate with recruitment agencies: manage payments, ensure contract compliance, and validate candidate data;
Maintain and update recruitment guides, and process documentation (GH tutorials, presentations), provide workflow updates to hiring managers;
Manage Metaview operations, including provider communication, troubleshooting, account administration, and access control.
0,5+ years of experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or similar role;
At least Upper-intermediate English and Ukrainian (spoken and written);
Experience working with ATS systems;
Understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels, and SLA standards will be a plus;
Experience with job boards, agencies, and external service providers;
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data clearly;
High attention to detail and precision in documentation;
Structured and organized approach to work, with the ability to maintain order in processes;
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present information (metrics, reports, updates);
Proactivity and consistency in maintaining standards and processes.
