Job Description

What will you be doing? 

You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Independent Sales Consultants channel by identifying, qualifying and on-boarding prospective self-employed sales consultants. You will be responsible for creating and initially nurturing the relationship with them whilst setting them for success via our onboarding process. Day-to-day you will also be responsible for: 

  • Design, develop, implement and refine comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled and motivated self-employed salespeople 

  • Utilise an omni-channel approach, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, industry events and direct approach to source and engage with potential candidates 

  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment processes to identify individuals who align with our company's values and objectives 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for recruited salespeople 

  • Work closely with internal teams to co-ordinate the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success stories, to showcase the benefits and unique selling points of our services 

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovative marketing campaigns

Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

  • Proven experience in volume recruitment, preferably in sales or partnership roles 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships 

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make informed decisions 

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth 

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively 

  • Familiarity with the payments industry and related value-added services is a plus 

  • Knowledge of partnership marketing strategies and techniques is a plus

  • On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £60,000
