Recruitment Assistant - The role:

Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to develop your skills working with a global leader in the legal industry? Linklaters, is seeking an organised and dynamic Recruitment Assistant to join our UK Business Teams Recruitment team in London for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be at the heart of our recruitment operations, supporting our mission to attract and hire top-notch candidates. This role is key to ensuring our business teams, spanning from IT to Marketing, are equipped with the best talent. You will:

  • Coordinate Recruitment Efforts: Be the primary point of contact for candidates and work closely with external recruitment agencies to pave a seamless hiring journey.
  • Manage Interviews and Assessments: Organise interviews and assessment events in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure all processes are recorded accurately in Workday.
  • Report and Innovate: Develop effective recruitment reporting tools to drive insights, like interview and headcount trackers.
  • Invoice and Project Management: Ensure quality invoicing and engage in exciting ad-hoc projects within the resourcing function.

Recruitment Assistant - What we're looking for:

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or payroll administration, within an in-house or agency setting.
  • Knowledge of the legislation and regulations relating to temporary workers in the UK would be particularly beneficial
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage a busy workload efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the firm
  • An adaptable approach; with the confidence to work on your own initiative, but also ask the questions needed to ensure you offer best in class service
