- Competitive Compensation – Starting from €1,200/month (adjusted based on experience) + annual bonus & benefits package.
- Contract for a one-year duration, with the possibility of extension
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews/meetings
- Preparing contracts & participating on onboarding tasks
- Daily communication with candidates, UK recruiters and interviewers
- Close cooperation with other HR departments and onboarding coordinators
- Fluent English is a must
- Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
- MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
- Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Time flexibility
- Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
- Attention to detail (data quality)
