Role Description
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews/meetings
  • Preparing contracts & participating on onboarding tasks
  • Daily communication with candidates, UK recruiters and interviewers
  • Close cooperation with other HR departments and onboarding coordinators
Skills and Expertise
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
  • MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Time flexibility
  • Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
  • Attention to detail (data quality)
