We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in London! This role involves supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition.  Although coordination will be the main responsibility, you will also have the opportunity to source candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews (virtual or in-person), ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering questions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the ATS and ensure data integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative 
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Independent task management skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Russian language
