We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet organizational goals. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of hiring within a Saas company, and expertise in recruitment strategies.

What you will do:

  • Partner with our Customer Success, Marketing, and BPO teams.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels to identify top talent.
  • Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-performing sales professionals.
  • Ensure that all candidates will have a Best-in-Class experience with Sidetrade, by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Advise them on the best hiring strategy and talent pool.
  • Always help us to improve by sharing your experience and best practices.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team when they need you and of course they will be there for you!

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in recruiting within SaaS Software companies, via an agency or in-house recruitment team.
  • An enthusiastic person, strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ideally need to speak English and French fluently
