We are looking to bring on a Recruiter to own and drive our talent acquisition efforts! We’re seeking someone who knows how to strategically find the most qualified talent around and has the skills to build high-performing teams. This role will support all teams across CreativeX including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, etc.

What you'll do:

  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from role opening to offer. 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source high quality candidates through multiple channels
  • Screen Candidates: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
  • Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates through the interview process
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws

Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Results-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate with a bias for action
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Greenhouse is a plus.
