Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.

We're actively growing and are now looking for a skilled Recruiter (Product and GTM) to join our London office. In this role, you'll be working with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international job openings for a global tech company. Your job scope would cover the complete talent acquisition process. If you're passionate about tech and would like to contribute your skills and knowledge to building a world-class product, jump in.

What the job involves
  • Full cycle recruitment for product management, engineering and go-to-market roles across all our locations, with the primary focus on the UK
  • You will be working with a high level of autonomy
  • Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
  • Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve the HR brand
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience at a scale-up or large tech
  • Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated
  • Profound knowledge of all modern sourcing technologies
  • Great communication skills and client-centered approach
  • Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
  • Fluent English

  • This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
