Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle (end-to-end) for Core Team positions.
Act as strategic support for technology roles (Tech Recruitment), assisting the Talent Acquisition team in searching for specialized profiles for international projects.
Perform screening, active hunting, competency-based interviews, and profile alignment with hiring managers.
Conduct interviews in English to validate candidates' fluency and cultural fit.
Ensure an excellent Candidate Experience throughout all stages of the process.
Contribute to strengthening UBIMINDS' Employer Branding.
Collaborate on endomarketing initiatives and employee engagement actions to foster a strong organizational culture.
Assist with People Operations and generalist HR demands, ensuring operational excellence during periods of lower recruitment volume.
Requirements
Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for conducting assessments and interacting within the company's ecosystem.
Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection.
