Role overview:
Our Recruitment team is central to scaling Flagright. We are looking for a Recruiter who can attract world-class talent, partner closely with hiring managers, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring across the business.
As a recruiter, you will establish our hiring foundations and engage top talent through outbound outreach and targeted headhunting.
You will own hiring end-to-end from sourcing to offer, ensuring excellent candidate experience across multiple jurisdictions. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and takes pride in building high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Recruit world-class talent to help scale Flagright
Manage full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and functions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates
Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Track hiring pipelines, metrics, and progress against hiring goals
Who we are looking for:
3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting sales roles (AEs, BDRs, etc.), technical roles (Software engineers, Creative Designer, etc.), and leadership roles (Sr AE, Head of Sales, etc.)
Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with confidential information
Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities independently
Comfortable working with ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
Preferred Skills
Experience with Ashby
Experience in startups, fintech, or fast-scaling organizations
Global hiring experience
Ability to manage and scale distributed or multi-location teams
Analytical mindset for recruitment metrics
