Additionally, the intern will support the talent acquisition team in developing effective recruitment strategies, engaging with potential candidates on various platforms, and providing administrative assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to define job roles, skills, and experience requirements.

  • Create and post job openings across job portals and professional networks.

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, University Network, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Follow up with candidates and ensure clear communication at every stage.

  • Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding formalities for selected candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers.

  • Share daily/weekly progress reports and meet hiring targets.

  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under deadlines.

  • Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-focused approach.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Benefits:

  • Internship Certificate on successful completion (5 months).

  • Letter of Recommendation based on performance.

  • Outstanding performers may be considered for a full-time position after successful completion of the internship.
