We are actively seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month initial contract. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various functions within the organization in the US and Europe. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a positive experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
We hope that this position will become permanent after the initial 6 month period, depending on our growth and 2025 headcount plans.
A Day in the life of a Recruiter at Fairmatic:
- Recruitment for US and European-based positions
- Identify high-quality candidates by reviewing profiles/CVs and conducting initial phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Shepherd candidates through the recruiting process, making them feel cared for and supported
- Use an applicant tracking system to track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs
- Exemplify and foster Fairmatic’s humble, collaborative, and impact-obsessed culture
Your experience and background:
- You have proven recruitment experience and create smooth and replicable processes. This could be a couple of years at an agency or a few years internally, we don't mind!
- You're an expert interviewer and can make decisions regarding candidate suitability
- You're able to describe and sell the idea of working here to candidates, field complex questions and offer an honest and unbiased assessment of each individual.
- Candidate experience is your passion - you own the process end to end and protect the interest of our candidates
- You're independent and can get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment
