We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join EMEA Recruitment team at Salesforce. This person will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of talent into Salesforce and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Specific responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Proactively identify and generate pipeline of new candidates for our EMEA markets

  • Managing relationships with business stakeholders.

  • Full life cycle recruiting ( Source to Close)

  • Personalise the Salesforce story to create compelling reasons for passive candidates to engage with us and explore opportunities

  • Negotiating and closing candidates

  • Engaging with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals

  • Networking with current employees to broaden our knowledge of “top talent” in the EMEA market

  • Managing weekly candidate tracking and reporting, including recruiting metrics

  • Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) as needed

Experience

  • 3+ years experience as a Recruiter ideally in high-volume environment in-house or agency.

  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and attracting passive candidates

  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.

  • Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.

  • Commitment to delivering an inclusive hiring process.

  • Confident and capable using data to provide recruitment insights.

  • Be a self-starter and possess a strong sense of self-motivation by bringing fresh perspective and ideas to the team and client groups.
