As a Reciprocate Compressor Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reciprocating technology, ITO processes, and will cooperate with Technical Sales/Regional teams to fully satisfy customer needs while maximizing RC profitability in full commercial compliance.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, guarantee Quality completeness and Time responsiveness

  • Manage sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

  • Lead Risk Assessment processes coordinating Coordinate Bid Teams/Functions (Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, Global Services P&Ls,….) during proposal preparation and follow-up

  • Lead negotiation with Customers and Functions in order to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

  • Participate in definition of the strategy on Price and Margin and leverage ROI evaluation

  • Support Sales in opportunity development/assessment with Customers

  • Achieve financial and operational committed targets

  • Track, monitor and report the assigned project/s

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

  • At least 5-10 years of Commercial Operations / ITO experience for product and services related to Reciprocating Compressors 

  • Excellent Knowledge of RC market dynamics & customer processes

  • Self-starter and results oriented approach

  • Languages: English and Italian fluency is required

  • Strong oral and written communication skills  with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders would be a plus

  • Strong networking skills: able to align and engage regions on a shared vision is a plus
