About the role
Are you highly organised and friendly? Looking to join a dynamic team? We are currently looking for a professional Office Assistant to be the face of our Bristol office!
You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, working closely and reporting to the Office Coordinator.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing the reception and wider office areas ensuring they are always presentable and well stocked
- Managing client meeting rooms and appointments
- Managing parking requests and bookings
- Taking calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, data entry, and handling post distribution
- Supporting the wider office team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
About You
- Previous experience in a front of house or a customer-facing role is welcomed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A friendly, proactive, and professional attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of reliability
