World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organised Receptionist to support our London office.


This role is the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and employees — and plays a critical part in creating a positive, engaging office experience. You will ensure smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative workplace.


Key responsibilities

 

Front of house and visitor experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional, and engaging welcome
  • Manage visitor sign-in processes and coordinate with hosts to ensure a seamless arrival experience
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times

Office operations support

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, directing them appropriately
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, room readiness, and basic meeting support
  • Support day-to-day office operations including mail handling, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Partner with facilities and workplace teams to ensure the office runs smoothly

Administrative and team support

  • Provide general administrative support to local leadership and business teams as needed
  • Assist with office events, internal meetings, and partner visits
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance with office procedures and security protocols

Required qualifications and experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or office support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and core office productivity tools
