Reception
-            Answer and screen incoming phone calls. 
-            Booking in visitors with main building reception.
-            Manage reception area meeting rooms ensuring they are allocated correctly and prepared. appropriately for external guests.
-            Book in reception deliveries to the loading bay.
-            Welcome and direct visitors.
-            Prepare refreshments for external visitors and meetings.
-            Arrange taxi’s and couriers when required.
-            Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Diary Management 
-            Assist MDs in a business capacity. Manage diaries, travel bookings, expenses and occasional personal errands. 
-            Manage Reception calendar. 
-            Manage ISAM and IS Prime reoccurring meetings and move/update when required, liaising with Boca office to ensure all meetings go ahead.
-            Assist marketing team with weekly client relations calendar. 
-            Arrange internal and external meetings and conference calls.

Other Duties 
-            Assisting the finance team with monthly expenditure reports
-            Assisting with office facilities
