Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:-  

  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out, and complete audit procedures as needed.
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors appraised of feedback from guests and other departments.
  • Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other product knowledge critical to performing daily duties.
  • Improve room occupancy and apply up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Use accurate procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in line with the hotel credit policy.
  • Align with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments as required, encouraging a collaborative environment.
Qualifications

To successfully fill this role, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualities:
