Job Description
The Receptionist role, based in London, is responsible for delivering professional front-of-house services at Paddington. This position requires engaging with staff, visitors, and contractors while providing administrative support to the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, along with a strong understanding of reception duties.
Reception Duties:

Oversee front desk operations, including visitor management, greeting guests, and issuing access passes.

Ensure visitors are informed of health & safety protocols, including fire evacuation procedures.

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

Coordinate with building receptions and loading bays for deliveries, parking, and contractor bookings.

Communicate with cleaning and security teams to relay instructions or report incidents.
