  • Contract Type:                   6-month Fixed Term
  • Hours:                                37.5 hrs per week
  • Schedule:                          08:30 – 17:00, Mon - Fri

What does a day look like for you here? 

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist in Aston. This is a 6-month position to cover maternity leave, offering a fantastic chance to become part of our friendly Aston team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the main point of contact for the site, providing a warm welcome for all our visitors and colleagues and managing calls. You’ll also provide ad hoc administrative support for some of our team members which will include sorting post, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, ensuring smooth operations within the office.  As our Aston office is a secured site, you will also be responsible for verifying IDs and issuing visitor passes for secure access to the office. 

Additionally, it's your responsibility to provide information about the organisation's services and maintain a tidy and organised reception area, playing a crucial role in creating positive first impressions and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.

You should also have:

  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Problem solving skills.
