The Role

Capco is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Reception & Office Support Assistant to join our London office. This is a varied, people-focused role that sits at the heart of our workplace experience, combining front-of-house responsibilities with facilities, events, administration, and colleague engagement support.

As one of the first points of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and inclusive office environment. Working closely with the Facilities team and a wide range of stakeholders, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while contributing to a positive workplace culture that reflects our #BeYourselfAtWork values.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming visitors, managing enquiries, and supporting reception operations.

  • Support the smooth running of the office through facilities administration, mail management, supplier coordination, stock control, and workplace logistics.

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of meetings, events, catering arrangements, and AV support to ensure an excellent colleague and client experience.

  • Coordinate refreshments, pantry services, and workplace initiatives while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety, and sustainability.

  • Contribute creative ideas and support engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, cultural celebrations, and internal communications across the office.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, office support, facilities, or administrative role.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality workplace experience.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting workplace events, meetings, office logistics, or facilities operations.

  • Experience coordinating suppliers, catering providers, or workplace services.

  • Knowledge of meeting room technology and basic AV troubleshooting.

  • Awareness of food hygiene, allergen management, and refreshment service standards.

  • Fire Marshal and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to undertake training.
