About the Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly and organised Reception and Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all site visitors and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
We are happy to consider applicants looking to work part-time or full-time for this role, however the successful candidate must be able to start between 7.30 and 8am each day Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Sending messages to the relevant departments if can’t put call through
- To meet and greet all visitors to Driscoll’s
- Pre-Register visitors onto visitor system
- To keep the reception Standard Operations Manual up to date with all new information
- Help manage queries to the generic info email address and dealing with any external emails that are relevant or sending to the appropriate person
- Postal duties
- Stock control of stationary and office consumables
- Taxi/accommodation booking
- Site communications where necessary
- Office administration
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
