About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced R&D Technology and Partnership Manager , to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.
Join our dynamic team, reporting to the Lead of R&D Technology and Partnership Developed & Emerging Markets ( D& EM) . Collaborate closely with different global R&D teams and business units , gaining exposure to external & internal senior collaborators. Together we unlock th e full potential of our ecosystem .
Your mission : identif y solutions (ingredients, product, processes, packaging) and build relevant partnerships to drive our technolo gy pipeline in line with the business direction. Gain insights on technology needs of the business and scout for solutions in our ecosystem that boost innovation, productivity and sustainability .
In this role , you'll identify and leverage technology based on the business needs , scout and evaluate innovative technologies , ignite new partnership opportunities and build strategic alliances . You will drive contract discussions, creat e position statements, and fostering a partnership approach .
Responsibilities:

  • Identify techn ology requirements of the various business units.


  • Fuel & create new p artnership opportunities at a global level.


  • Lead ing the scouting for new technologies impact ing innovation, productivity and sustainability.


  • B uild and m ain tain partnerships . Maintain overview, m onitor status, fill the pipeline, push & advance if r equired . Delivering with others.


  • Contact person for external partners: suppliers, universities, startups .
    Contact person for internal partners: procurement, supply chain, legal.


  • Drive contract and competitive asset protection discussion.


  • Providing overviews of current technology trends. Creating R&D position statements on new technologies in the respective areas of expertise.


  • Capture and share technology and partnerships learnings across R&D , coach experts.


  • Co-creat e and support business cases , ensuring alignment with all relevant departments.


Qualifications
Hard skills

  • Education: Master degree in (Food) technology or business


  • Work experience: 10+ years of relevant technical experience, preferably in FMCG .


  • Knowledge:


  • Experience in R&D environment with external partnerships


  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of current technologies .


  • Strategic Vision: Ability to identify potential partners and align them with the company's strategic goals . Translate business opportunities to technical unlocks required ; enjoys problem solving .


  • Consistent track record of leading, delivering, renewing complex partnerships
