Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an R&D Team Technologist to make a difference in our R&D UK&I Business Unit in Kraft Heinz. This position lies within the UK&I BU Meals R&D team. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting to the UK&I R&D Futures Manager.
Get ready for working in a multi-skilled team, as proactive contributor, to support getting projects completed, supporting the R&D Managers with ad hoc tasks and collaborating with internal and external partners. The job holder will work in a multi-functional team and will effectively collaborate with other functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working to support the team in all aspects of projects and administration
  • Support and deliver NPD, VE & Supply Chain projects through R&D governance
  • Support project Technologists through the NPD & VE process
  • Work with Technologists and Managers to deliver business needs.
  • Collaborate with Operations, FSQ, Procurement and SCD in line with project needs and build a strong network across the Kitt Green Site.
  • Become our team expert on Purchase Orders


Qualifications
Hard Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field.
  • Preferably some experience in food companies or product development.
  • Ability to understand science & technology, create solutions & data driven.
  • Consumer focus, curious about trends and food innovations
  • Team player, collaborative and emphatic.
  • Creative, energetic & pragmatic.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptable to resolve all manner of unexpected issues.
