Job Description Summary

Location: London (The Westworks), United Kingdom (3 days per week on-site)
Join our RA Portfolio and Strategy Platform to drive the digital transformation of Regulatory Affairs. In this role, you’ll lead technology projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic goals. You’ll act as a key liaison between IT, business teams, and stakeholders—managing project plans, risks, and outcomes to deliver impactful results.


 

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver RA technology initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs, define objectives, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and manage risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and the Portfolio Director on project status.
  • Act as the main liaison between IT, business teams, and external vendors.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support IT integration and ensure alignment with regulatory and business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and adopting best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and leverage data insights to improve project outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong background in cross-functional project management, ideally within pharma or life sciences.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and terminology used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience working with IT teams and external technology vendors.
  • Ability to assess project budgets and resource needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities in dynamic environments.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Demonstrated leadership in stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
