This Position reports to:

R&D Team Lead


 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new solutions as well as technical improvement of active ones in line with the required product standards and market specifications for electrical distribution board products.

The work model for the role is: #hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification/Smart Power/Breakers & Enclosure in Garbagnate Monastero.

You will be mainly accountable for:
•    Works as a reliable contributor in R&D projects, working in Agile environment.
•    Design (2D e 3D) mechanical parts and assemblies of Low Voltage Enclosures, in collaboration with the design team and in accordance with specifications. 
•    Support Production, Quality and Engineering department during production process implementation of new products or modifications to existing ones. 
•    Propose appropriate list of materials necessary for design, create Material Master Data and provide Bills of Materials of products.

Our team dynamics are based on the Agile Methodology.
You will join a collaborative, dynamic and result-driven team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications:

•    Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields
•    Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD Nice to have: cad software Catia V5 and Creo 8.0 (sheetmetal package is a plus) 
•    You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
•    Very good knowledge of MS Office
•    Demonstrates adaptability under pressure, proactivity, problem-solving orientation, and commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute tasks and projects, participating within a dynamic team environment.
