What you’ll be doing
Support Surveying and Estimating teams in appointing and managing contractors, suppliers, and consultants
Prepare accurate cost plans and Bills of Quantities for both pre- and post-contract stages
Collaborate closely with project teams to identify changes early and manage change control effectively
Plan and manage your workload proactively to minimise risk and avoid disputes
Work seamlessly with design and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery from start to finish
Contribute to successful outcomes by maintaining strong communication and coordination across all stakeholders
What we’re looking for
(Essential):
Professional qualifications with an appropriate level of experience in Quantity Surveying
Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver work within agreed deadlines
Broad knowledge of construction techniques and industry standards
Commitment to achieving Chartered status with a relevant professional body within agreed timescales
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
